You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without prior written permission. Brief quotes or references for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes are permitted with clear attribution.
Enrolment in any paid program is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or agreed instalment) and a written confirmation from us. Seat availability is not guaranteed until payment is received.
Program fees are communicated prior to enrolment. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store payment card details on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.
In the unlikely event that we cancel a program before it begins, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
For 1-on-1 mentorship engagements, a 48-hour notice is required for session rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited. Termination of a 1-on-1 engagement by the participant is subject to the payment schedule agreed at enrolment.

Our programs provide education, frameworks, and mentorship. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific income levels, follower counts, or business outcomes. Any case studies or testimonials shared are illustrative examples and not a promise of similar results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jatin Gangwani and jatingangwani.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our programs, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
The Site contains links to external platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
